Owner Carmelo Chimera says that he owns two additional comic book stores and just doesn't have enough time to operate is Oak Lawn location.
If you wanna take over the store.. applicants are asked to submit their $25 entry fee and write the best essay on the topic: What Makes a Great Comic Book Store?
Chimera says he'll turn over all the inventory to whoever writes the most compelling essay.
