Wow...is...is this the dumbest criminal alive? I feel like we get a new candidate every single week and I, for one, hope it continues! Look at how dumb this man is...you lifted this ATM (somehow) from wherever it was placed and you didn't think of a getaway car? Better yet, this man was WAITING IN LINE AT THE BUS STOP. He made the conscious decision to say "a getaway car? Nah. I'm gonna take the BUS, they'll never find me there!" Until homegirl shut that idea down real quick.
