Well, Cubs pitcher Yu Darvish is facing a lawsuit from his neighbors.
Apparently his neighbors and him made an agreement about putting up a fence that was made of wrought iron so they could see through it and not lose their view of the lake.. but Darvish and his wife ended up putting up a solid wood fence.
The next court date for Darvish and his neighbors is on July 29th.
