Well, in this new study that was published in the Scientific Reports says that drinking coffee may help you burn calories.

According to this study, drinking coffee helps galvanize the body's "brown fat" and burns calories through thermogenesis.

Yeah... I know it sounds like gibberish to me too but I definitely understand burning calories!!
