This home security camera captured the moment Albert Passavanti saw his son fall into the pool. Passavanti didn't hesitate when he saw his 1-year-old son, Rocco, fall into the pool. He dove over a safety fence and into the pool to rescue his baby boy. Passavanti told Inside Edition that his son was in the water for a few seconds, but it was still scary. "You have got to get to him as quickly as you possibly can," he said. "You just absolutely have to keep an eye on your kids. I don’t care what measures you have in place."
