Over 400,000 Pledged To Storm Area 51 In September...WHAT?!

(Metro)–The audacious plan is set for September 20, 2019 at 3am and is being organised through Facebook. Those taking part will meet at the Area 51 Alien Center in Amargosa Valley, Nevada and then proceed to Area 51 – a classified remote part of the US Air Force’s Edwards Air Force base. Nevertheless, at the time of writing,129,000 people have indicated they’ll be taking part in ‘Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All Of Us’ and a further 163,000 have said they are interested.Clearly not ones to sweat the finer details of such a daring attempt, the group’s organisers have outlined the approach thus: ‘If we naruto run, we can move faster than their bullets. Lets see them aliens.’ Naruto running is a meme inspired by an anime character called Naruto Uzumaki who has a distinctive running style.
A group of alien hunters has launched a Facebook event called “Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us,” in which the organizers are pledging to literally invade Area 51 on Friday, September 20, between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. And this is not going to end well.
For decades Area 51 in Nevada has been at the center of UFO conspiracies after an alien spaceship allegedly crashed in nearby Roswell, New Mexico, and was supposedly carted off to Area 51 for examination. Since then, Area 51 has been awash in conspiracy theories—and not just about aliens. Some think the U.S. uses the site to develop technology including sci-fi energy weapons, weather control, and even time travel.

So this story came out earlier this week stating that a group of nut jobs are planning to just run full force onto Area 51 to expose the truth about what the restricted military space is actually hiding. For those of you confused...this is the "naruto running style" they're planning to go with.

I knew a kid who ran like that in elementary school, thought it was a little weird then, think it's super weird now considering these appear to be grown ass men and women organizing this attack. Anyway, there has been an update to that initial article. Apparently there are now over 400,000 people dumb enough to run directly at a military base in the middle of the desert. Just a hunch, but it seems like if you're planning an attack, against your own military, the last thing you should do is give them an exact date and time window and a head count...I doubt this thing will ever go through but I'm excited to watch CNN if it does. I want to see what they have hiding in there just as much as anyone else who thinks there's life beyond our planet but I don't think running full force at a base that's loaded with potential energy weapons and probably a small army inside is the best idea. Dumb idea but watch Hollywood make a movie about this. - @Traceahamilton
