Well, did you know that you have access to a bully-blocking feature?
All users now have access to 'restrict' those who are displaying bullying behavior.
It really just provides a middle ground between nothing and actually blocking someone.
If you decide to use the feature, really all it does is they can comment and do whatever they want on your posts.. but, no one will see those except them.
