There's nothing worse than walking down Michigan Avenue on a cold, windy Chicago day in the middle of inclement weather when suddenly you lose total control of your umbrella! I always see those folks fighting with an inside-out umbrella, getting drenched in rain, and often ditching their broken umbrellas into trash bins along the street.
Now there's an umbrella that claims to be indestructible! That's right, it says it can stand up to the windiest of windy days, the worst rain or snow Chicago could toss down on us!
It's called the Davek and costs as much as $350. Inside Edition's Victoria Recano put it to the test with an industrial fan, where it passed the test. Then Alison Hall tested it out in Mother Nature's real-life conditions, where it also passed muster.
