Mayor Lightfoot Announces Phase 3 Guidelines for Chicago Businesses

Tomorrow is a big day across Illinois. The state moves into Phase 3 of reopening, which means nonessential businesses can reopen their doors, as well as restaurants for outdoor seating, and more!

But the city of Chicago has been hard hit by the COVID-19 crisis, and they're not ready to open their doors just yet. As the city of Chicago prepares to move to the next phase of reopening the economy sometime in early June, Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s office has announced guidelines for restaurants, child care, retailers, and other businesses.
