Are you craving chicken? I am! Or, possibly, something LIKE chicken.
KFC has teamed up with a 3D bio-printing firm to develop the “meat of the future.” They’re working on nuggets in a lab using chicken cells and plant material. That will supposedly give it the taste and texture of actual chicken. Just like all the other fake meats, this is meant to be a healthier choice. Plus, it eliminates the possibility of inhumane farming practices with fewer greenhouse gases.
Hey, why not? They’ve been able to bring Colonel Sanders back to life a bunch of times. Fake fried chicken should be easy peasy!
