Hot on the heels of the Chicago Cubs' monumental World Series win in 2016, the Chicago City Council voted this week to honor infielder Javier Baez with a street running through Chicago's near-west side Humboldt Park neighborhood, calling him a positive role model and "MVP" for the Puerto Rican community.
