I've always loved chocolate-minty things.

Then Macy's swooped into Chicago from New York around 2005, and bought the Frango brand too.
Now, Frango Mints have returned to Chicago ownership: They've just been bought by local legendary gourmet snack company Garrett's Popcorn.
