Bikers escort Veteran's ashes across country

#WhatsAwesome is the group of bikers who escorted a Marine's ashes across country when the veteran's mother could not afford to have his ashes shipped.

When a group of bikers heard a marine's ashes would be coming home in a box, they stepped in. The Patriot Guard Riders attend the funerals of the military, firefighters, and police at the invitation of a decedent's family.

USMC Staff Sgt. Jonathan Turner, who served the United States for 17 years as a Marine, passed away due to combat-related issues.

When his mother couldn't afford to have the ashes shipped, the Patriot Guard riders personally escorting Turner's remains all the  way across the country.
