Ducks in Chicago River to benefit Special Olympics

#WhatsAwesome are the 60,000 rubber ducks that will be released into the Chicago River on August 3 to benefit the Special Olympics of Illinois! The festival begins at 10 AM on N. Michigan Ave. The Special Olympics Illinois is a not-for-profit organization that offers year-round training and competition in 17 sports for athletes with  intellectual disabilities. 

Ducks are still available for adoption for $5 online at www.chicagoduckrace.com and the grand prize is a brand new car.
