Cat adoption fees are waived during the month of October at the Chicago Animal Care and Control. Due to having so many animals in need of loving homes, cats and kittens can be adopted for free. Custmers will still have to fill out an application, and have it approved.
The shelter is located at 2741 South Western Avenue in Chicago and is open for adoptions every day from noon to 7 p.m.
