Jason Adlean uses SNL performance to benefit Vegas

Jason Aldean is donating proceeds from his SNL performance of "I Won't Back Down" to help the victims of the Las Vegas tragedy.

Aldean was performing on stage at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Vegas when a gunman opened fire from a hotel window, killing 58 concert goers and injuring over 500 others.

Jason Aldean made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live the following week with a cover of Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down".

The track's available across many digital retailers and streaming services. Aldean also released "We Won't Back Down" t-shirts for $35, with proceeds also going to the Direct Impact Fund.
