According to new research, pizza is a healthier breakfast option than most cereals! Nutritionists say the average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk heave nearly the same amount of calories. Pizza will keep you full longer because of the protein, carbs, and vegetables, whereas some cereals are loaded with sugar.
