Arie Luyendyk Jr. from 'The Bachelor' is facing backlash after his April Fool's Day prank. Arie joked that his fiancée Lauren Burnham is pregnant, then revealed it's an April Fool's Day prank.
“Secrets finally out, we have a bunny in the oven! @laurenburnham91,” he wrote on social media, with an image of a woman's pregnant belly.
Over an hour later, Arie wrote “APRIL FOOLS!”
Fans didn't find the prank funny, since many women struggle to get pregnant. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 12.1% percent of women between the ages of 15 to 44 struggle with infertility.
