Kidnapping Victim Takes the Stand Against Serial Killer Who Abducted Her

This poor woman has been to hell and back, and somehow she found the strength to take the stand and relive her nightmare, to help put this monster behind bars. She is truly a hero if you ask me...

Jennifer Asbenson missed her bus in Palm Springs, California, one day back in 2015. That's when Andrew Urdiales offered her a ride. Urdiales drove her to a remote desert location where he tied her with rope and her bra. “I didn't know what he was going to do to me before he killed me, and that scared me most of all,” she said.

Urdiales tortured her, then locked her in the trunk of his car. She miraculously managed to escape. She is the only woman known to have escaped; the former marine was convicted of kidnapping, torturing, and murdering eight women and was sentenced to the death penalty.
