California Man Who Couldn't Swim Drowned Saving His Nephew

Victor Mozqueda will be remembered as a true hero. He was just 22-years-old when he sacrificed his own life to save his 5-year-old nephew, Vincent.

Vincent tripped on rocks in California's Sequoia National Park and fell into the river. With powerful water rushing over the child, Mozqueda didn't hesitate to jump in, and hold the boy above his head until he was rescued.

As he flailed in the water, Mozqueda managed to push Vincent toward the riverbank before he was carried away by the water.
