Cori Richardson was shopping at her local Walmart with her children when she told a fellow customer to move his cart.
That's when the brutal attack began, all while her two young children watched.
John Engebos, 60, faces criminal charges after ripping out a portion of Richardson's hair, and leaving her severely bruised.
"I've been a wreck. I'm not going to lie. I've teared up quite a few times just thinking about it. I'm just really grateful that my kids are okay," Richardson said. Other customers came to Richardson's aid during the attack. They called 911 and even blocked in the suspect as he tried to take off.
