Parents of Toddler Killed at Disney World Share Family News

I will never forget hearing that a toddler had been killed by an alligator at a Disney World resort. Though the tragic accident happened two years ago, the story continues to be a nightmare for parents all over. Lane Thomas Graves was snatched by an alligator while playing on a beach during what should have been a wonderful family vacation. His parents, Matt and Melissa Graves, grieved his death by creating a foundation in his name to encourage people to become organ donors.

While the Graves family have endured an unimaginable loss and heartache over the past two years, this week they shared some bright news with the world-- the Graves' have welcomed a baby boy to their family! Matt and Melissa shared the joyful news in a statement, saying, "We are happy to announce the birth of our son, Christian Lane Graves.”

Sending them so much love and congratulations!
