Naperville Family Files Lawsuit Against the School in Teen's Death

The tragic death of 16-year-old Corey Walgren last January shocked Chicagoland. The Naperville teen jumped to his death from the top of a parking garage, after school officials and a police officer questioned him about alleged misconduct, the teen's parents say.

According to the family's attorney, the officials question Walgren about pornographic images of a 16-year-old student that they thought he had on his phone. The family's attorney say no pornographic images were on his phone, and that the situation was mishandled and led to his death.
