91-Year-Old Man Brutally Attacked in Chinatown

Many questions surround the brutal attack and beating of a beloved Chinatown resident.

Chicago Police Officers said the incident happened in the 2400 block of S. Wentworth around 12:10 p.m. Tuesday. That's right-- noon. This horrific attack happened in broad daylight.

The 91-year-old suffered fractured bones and possibly brain bleeding, according to his family. The man's family owns a popular restaurant in Chinatown and is well-known to locals. Nearby officers chased down the attacker, who remains in jail. Charges are still pending.
