Rescuers Work Nonstop for 28 Hours to Save Beached Whale

This week an enormous humpback whale washed up on a beach in Argentina, and dozens of people came to the rescue. Residents notified officials of the whale's presence on the beach of Mar Del Tuyu, and people worked for 28 hours to return the whale to the water.

The miraculous rescue was captured on camera. Eventually a tug boat was brought in to pull the whale back out to sea, as you can watch from this incredible footage:
