A Wisconsin hunter is lucky to have survived an encounter with a 350-pound black bear!
Tye Carlson said the bear "popped out and he wasn't going to stop. He just ran me over and started biting on me." The bear was being chased by Carlson's fellow hunters, but the animal got to him first and clawed and bit him.
Fortunately for Carlson, hunting dogs intervened, and Carlson was able to get away briefly. But then it attacked again! Carlson said he thought to himself, "Uh oh, I'm in trouble here."
Miraculously he survived the attack with considerably minor injuries. He really held his own against that bear until another hunter arrived and took the bear down for good.
