But apparently it's the latest trend in eating healthy (which is why I avoid healthy eating at all costs). Brooklyn Bugs' Chef Joseph Yoon shared a few of his favorite buggy recipes, including ways to cook scorpions, ants, and even tarantulas. "The fact that 80 percent of the world's nations eats bugs, we are in the minority!" Yoon said.
The Smithsonian Channel even has a streaming series called "Bug Bites" dedicated to the daring delicacies.
