Woman Jailed for 3 Months After Cotton Candy Falsely Tested for Meth

Imagine spending THREE MONTHS of your life behind bars, all because of a false positive...

That nightmare became a reality for one woman.

Dasha Fincher was pulled over during a routine traffic stop. Everything was fine, until sheriff's deputies found a bag of blue cotton candy they suspected to be drugs. The deputies tested it right there on the spot with a roadside NARK Kit. Fincher was shocked when she was told it tested positive for methamphetamine! Despite her protests and begging the officers to test it again, she was handcuffed and arrested. Dasha was charged with drug trafficking and thrown in jail with bail set at $1 million cash.

She wasn't released for three whole months, after another test came back negative.
