Students Build Prosthetic Arm for 4-Year-Old So She Can Ride a Bike

Riding a bike just got a lot easier for little Maggie Sloboda!

Maggie is a 4-year-old who was born without the lower half of her right arm. Despite that, Maggie lives her life just like any other 4-year-old, including the fact that she LOVES to ride her bike. However, according to her family, it was becoming more and more difficult for her to ride. She was leaning too much to the right to reach the handlebar and was having trouble balancing.

Maggie's grandmother works at Southern New Hampshire University and asked some students if they could come up with a solution.

GO MAGGIE GO! I know you'll face more challenges as you grow, but I am 100% confident you'll face them with strength, determination, and grace. Never, ever give up!
