Toddler Recovering After Falling Into Zoo's Rhino Exhibit

A zoo in florida has come under fire after a toddler fell into a rhino exhibit. The reason? The bars of the exhibit are 11-inches apart! That's just one inch short of a foot wide!

A little girl was checking out the rhinos when she stumbled through the wide-open bars, coming into contact with one of the animals. The 2-year-girl was taking part in an interactive program called the "Rhino Encounter" at the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne. The program allows visitors to interact with the rhinos through a fence of steel bars.

Her father was able to pull her back to safety, but now folks all around the country are wondering who designed the exhibit in the first place.
