Is this video for real? I've worked in restaurants and roaches were a problem in most of them but I've never seen anything like this! My stomach is turning because this is MY Portillios. I hit the River North location on the way home a couple times a month.. When Dick Portillo sold his empire I noticed a change in quality but this is disgusting! I have stomach ache just thinking about it!
