Man Beaten at South Loop Red Line Stop

A disturbing report by CBS2 Investigators shows that violent crime on the CTA has increased over the past five years. Case in point: a man was found badly beaten on the Red Line just after 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Chicago police are trying to determine the circumstances of the attack that took place on a Red Line train in the South Loop. Firefighters transported the victim from the Red Line stop at State and Harrison to a nearby hospital. However, more details are not available as the victim is currently refusing to cooperate with police and their investigation.
