A teen in New Jersey was walking her dog one morning when she rescued a man who had been kidnapped and locked in the trunk of his car.
Kayla Rose, 17, was walking her dog in her Irvington, New Jersey, neighborhood when she heard strange noises coming from the trunk of a car. "It was a knocking and scratching," Rose told WCBS. "So then I said, 'Hello,' and he said, 'Hello, can anybody help me?' and so I got help from my neighbor."
It turns out, the man was the victim of an alleged carjacking, kidnapping and robbery, according to police. Rose's quick-thinking may have saved his life, as he was trapped in the trunk in freezing temperatures.
