Indiana Teens Win Major Competition with Life-Saving Invention

This may look like any old backpack, but this invention by a group of Indiana teenagers is a lot more than that!

Teens at an Indiana high school wanted to help invent something that could save lives and so they created what they call a "Lyfe Pack." The backpack is made with solar panels, lights and the bulletproof material Kevlar. The students decided to join the Innovate WithIN contest and won first place in the competition!

Each of them received $10,000 for the invention!

I think the Lyfe Pack is truly revolutionary. I'm hoping this product hits the market as soon as possible.
