Shirley Goodman, 96, dances if there is music or not. She has even gotten her whole family in on it - inventing what she calls "the tush push." The grandmother says the constant movement keeps her sprightly. "I love it. It's just in my DNA. When I hear the music and I see the people it just turns me on. I just love it. I hope that shows up when I dance," Goodman said. Her father taught her to dance when she was just 8-years-old, so she's been perfecting her moves for 88 years now! As you can see, she's got them down solid and would definitely be making him proud.
