A Saturday at the beach turned into a terrifying ordeal for two 5-year-olds and their families. In this video recorded by rescuers, you can see the girls after their day of fun turned into a nightmare. The girls were playing on an inflatable swan float attached to a rope when the rope slipped off, and the float was swept away into England's Bristol Channel.
Rescuers from the Minehead Royal National Lifeboat Institution sprang into action and rescued the girls, but it wasn't the first time a day on the water with these inflatable toys has turned into a floating nightmare.
