Chicago Woman Fights to Cancel Her Dominican Vacation After Another Death

From now on, I will ALWAYS pay for travel insurance!

After horrifying reports that another American has died mysteriously while on vacation in the Dominican Republic, vacation-goers are rushing to cancel their trips, trying to get refunds.

This Chicago woman is fighting to cancel her trip and hopefully get a refund of $2,400. While she didn't book travel insurance, the extraordinary circumstances should probably allow for at least partial refunds, in my opinion.

The FBI is investigating the situation, and trying to figure out the exact causes of the deaths. Meanwhile, a group of high school students from Oklahoma were staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in the Dominican Republican recently when many of the travelers were suddenly stricken with severe illness.
