Nearly two dozen people were shot in a 12 hour span over the weekend all around Chicago, and residents are all on high alert.
Since 7 p.m. Friday, 23 people have been shot in Chicago and only one arrest has been made.
With the Fourth of July on Thursday and many out celebrating all week, people in neighborhoods across the city are concerned about the spike in violence, and are living in fear.
