There is a potential new twist in the hunt for the killer of the Indiana best friends after a man was accused of rape and killed himself near where the girls were murdered. Cops are investigating whether rape suspect Paul Etter is connected to the deaths of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German, who were abducted and killed as they walked along a railway trestle outside Delphi. Perhaps their families and friends will finally get some much-needed closure in their tragic deaths.
