Revolution Brewing is brewing up something snappy! They've made a beer to honor "Chance the Snapper," the alligator who was discovered in the Humboldt Park Lagoon over the summer. According to officials, the gator who made a big splash locally and even gained nationwide attention, was likely dumped in the lagoon by an owner.
The beer has been dubbed the "Humboldt Gator," and features hints of pineapple and coconut to give it a tropical taste. Revolution thought the flavors would make a great tie-in, and I couldn't agree more! I'll definitely be getting a few pints of this limited edition brew before summer is over!
