One ground control worker recognizes how annoying that can be for passengers, so he goes out of his way to try to entertain people who are stuck on the tarmac. The ground control agent at a New Jersey airport caught the eye of passenger Robert Meadows, who was more than happy to play rock-paper-scissors. Meadows' girlfriend captured some of the exchange with her phone, which is now going viral.
