Shocking video shows a man allegedly dangling his 5-month-old daughter out of a window in Russia. The situation intensifies when a police officer in an adjacent apartment scales the building in order to try to rescue the baby as quickly as he can. Onlookers who cannot believe what is happening yell from the ground below.
An officer miraculously made his way up the side of the building and pushed the father back into the room. Immediately after, more officers made their way up the building, into the window, and inside the room as well.
