A skydiving exhibition in England turned into a moment of sheer terror for one skydiver, and for the entire audience helplessly watching the disaster from below. Panic grew on the ground as the crowd watched a jumper lose control of their parachute.
A harrowing video captured by a bystander in Eastbourne, England, shows the skydiver plummeting thousands of feet. The jumper, who is part of the Tigers Army Parachute Display Team, was taking part in the Airbourne: Eastbourne International Airshow on Aug. 16. According to a statement released by the team, the diver "suffered only minor scratches and grazes." What an absolute miracle!
