An American woman has been arrested in the Philippines and charged with human trafficking, child abuse, and kidnapping after officials found a 6-day-old baby inside her carry-on bag. Jennifer Erin Talbot, 43, was stopped Wednesday morning at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. As you can see from security footage captured at the airport, she was as she attempting to go through security to catch a flight to the U.S. She had the newborn in her carry-on bag. Talbot initially told officials that she was the young child's aunt, but when asked for paperwork that could prove it, she could not produce any.
