Shark Attack Victims Form Support Group Called "Bite Club"

Five strangers share a frightening bond: They all survived shark attacks. Now, they are now members of an online support group called Bite Club. The first rule of Bite Club: you're definitely allowed to talk about it! Sharing their experiences can help survivors heal with the trauma.

These members of Bite Club met up in person for the first time to talk about their harrowing ordeals with each other face to face. "I don't think this is something that ever leaves you," said Steve Robles. He was attacked in the waters off Manhattan Beach, California, in 2014. Leeanne Ericson was left with a chunk missing from her leg after a great white shark bit her in San Diego in 2017.

All the survivors have incredible stories of strength to share.
