A Florida teenager is extremely lucky to be alive after surviving a bizarre freak accident while boating with friends.
Caleb Bennett, 14, was fishing with his friends when suddenly an anchor fell off the boat. The massive anchor hit Caleb, and lodging in his head and impaling his brain.
His parents were vacationing in the Bahamas at the time of the accident. They rushed home to see him, not knowing what to expect. Caleb was taken to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, where the medical staff was stunned by his condition. His doctor says he'd never seen an injury quite like Caleb's.
Miraculously, doctors were able to remove the anchor and save his life!
