Chicagoans Develop Action Plan to Keep the City Safe on Halloween

Halloween is supposed to be a fun holiday for everyone, full of tricks and treats. Many neighborhoods around Chicago celebrate the spooky holiday in a big way! Homes in Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast are decorated with some of the best Halloween decor you've ever seen, and families have a great time trick or treating. But for some neighborhoods, Halloween night is full of more tricks than treats, and residents have had enough!

After cars were damaged in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood last year by unruly teenagers, a new plan to combat the crime is in place just in time for the holiday this year.
