Teens Charged with Murder for Pushing Log onto Woman at State Park

A professional photographer was taking pictures of high school seniors in an Ohio state park when the unthinkable happened. A 70-pound log came crashing down from above and struck Victoria Schafer. Despite desperate attempts by witnesses to save her life, Schafer was pronounced dead at the scene. She left behind four children and her husband, Fritz. Now, those who loved Victoria have been hit with another shock: two teens have been charged with juvenile reckless homicide for allegedly pushing the log over the cliff.

Schafer's family has been traumatized all over again to learn that what they thought was accident may have actually been a completely avoidable murder.

The teens are denying the allegations.
