2 Teens Who Saved Lives at the Recent California High School Shooting

With our country suffering a school shooting epidemic that doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon, it's easy to feel helpless and terrified. But these teenagers wanted to be prepared for the worst case scenario. Macy and Cambria Lawrence are sisters in Santa Clarita, California. The high number of school shootings all across the country inspired them to raise money to provide every classroom in their school district with a gunshot wound treatment kits.

Their school district just happened to include Saugus High School, the most recent school to suffer from a mass shooting. At least one kit was used by a teacher to save the life of a student who was shot twice in the shooting.
