Celebrating 190 years next year, Cook County wants to ring in 2021 with a new County Flag.
They are looking for highschoolers to design the new flag.
"Elegent" and "Simple" are the two words to describe what they're looking for.
Cook county has already started accepting applicants and the deadline to submit your design is on April 15th.
